Aglio, olio e peperoncino
The Silver Spoon
Serves 4
Heat 5 tablespoons of olive oil in a small saucepan and add 2 thinly sliced garlic cloves and half a fresh seeded (or unseeded if you like it hot) and chopped chilli. Cook over low heat until the garlic is golden brown. Season lightly with salt, remove from heat and add 1 sprig of fresh chopped flat-leaf parsley. Toss with al dente spaghetti and serve.
